Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern access to and use of Gayvi.com (the "Website"), including the purchase of streaming access to adult audiovisual titles. By entering the Website, creating an account, or completing a purchase, you agree to these Terms.

1. Adult audience only. You represent that you are at least eighteen (18) years of age, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher. The Website contains sexually explicit material. If you are offended by such material, or if accessing it is illegal where you are, you must leave.

2. Digital goods; no refund. All products sold on the Website are digital streaming goods. Access is granted after payment approval through our authorized billing partners. Once a sale is approved, the charge is final. There is no cooling-off period and no refund, except where required by law or where the billing processor independently reverses a transaction.

3. Products. The only products offered for a title are: (a) a seventy-two (72) hour rental of that title; (b) permanent streaming access to that title; and (c) where the creator has at least five published titles, a seventy-two (72) hour creator pass covering that creator's published titles during the pass period, including titles published while the pass is active. A short preview (content plus site intro and end animation) may play before purchase. There is no subscription, no automatic rebill, no points program, and no download-to-own.

4. License. A completed purchase grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to stream the covered title(s) on the Website for the applicable term. You may not copy, download, record, redistribute, rebroadcast, embed, or publicly perform the content. One concurrent main-feature playback session is permitted per account.

5. Accounts. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your login credentials, including any authenticator or passkey. You may not share your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts used for abuse, chargeback fraud, scraping, or circumvention of geo or playback controls.

6. Payments. The merchant of record is a United States corporation. Payment pages are hosted only on Gayvi or CCBill. We do not collect or store full payment-card numbers. Billing inquiries must be sent through the Contact page. Do not email card numbers, CVV codes, or passwords.

7. Geographic restrictions. Individual titles may be unavailable in Japan or other territories ("block_JP" and similar controls). Preview, purchase, and playback of a restricted title are not offered in a blocked territory. Administrative, billing, and upload functions are not blocked by that setting.

8. Prohibited conduct. You may not reverse engineer the player, harvest personal data, upload malware, impersonate staff, or use the Website to traffic in child sexual abuse material. We cooperate with lawful process.

9. Intellectual property. The Website, its design, trademarks, and the audiovisual works (except as licensed to you for streaming) are owned by Gayvi.com or its licensors. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

10. Disclaimer; limitation of liability. The Website is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness, and non-infringement, and our aggregate liability arising from your use of the Website is limited to the amount you paid for the specific title giving rise to the claim in the ninety (90) days before the claim.

11. Indemnity. You will indemnify and hold harmless the operator, its officers, and contractors from claims arising out of your misuse of the Website or your breach of these Terms.

12. Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which the merchant of record is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence, if any, are not waived.

13. Changes. We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on the Website. Continued use after posting constitutes acceptance.
